Where are your products sourced?
Our products are sourced from across the beautiful islands of the Caribbean and neighbouring countries, all in the search for quality items that exceed the expectations of special customers like you.
What are your products made from?
Our preference is for high-quality handmade products. We emphasise quality in craftsmanship and the raw materials used.
How mindful are you in respect of the conditions under which the products you retail are produced?
This is very important to us, as the beginning of the supply chain is just as important as the end. We make every effort to work with reputable craftsmen and distributors.
Do you offer a warranty for your home products?
This is not applicable to our current product lines. However, we stand behind our products and are willing to address any concerns that may arise.
Do you provide products wholesale or for distribution purposes?
Yes, this can be facilitated; however, terms and conditions will apply based on the request made.
